STONE MAGAZINE DEBUTS IN GRAND STYLE: See Photos and Guests

It was a day of grandeur at the events hall of Pinewood hotels Owerri as Stone Magazine debuted amid a host of the society’s crème de la crème. Just like a story set and cast in stone, the dream became a reality conspicuous enough for all to see and tap motivations from. The official launch which took place recently in Owerri, Imo state featured prominent dignitaries from various walks of life including some notable Traditional monarchs from some ancient communities within the South East of the country who played the role of royal fathers.

Pregnant woman stabbed to death with pair of scissors

Kogi State police have arrested a man, Hussain Zubairu, for allegedly stabbing his pregnant neighbour, Bose Muhammed, to death using a pair of scissors. The suspect was said to have been angered when the deceased shunned him to stop dabbling in her discussion with a friend who visited her.
Zubairu and the pregnant woman lived in the Idogido community of Okene Local Government Area of the state.

She was rushed to a hospital in the area but died on arrival.
